The new 3-storey Indian Muslim Mosque at Lot No. 32, Jalan Tengku Kelana, Klang, Selangor completed in August 2009. First Friday prayer was held on 14th August 2009 after the mosque had been re-constructed by Johawaki Sdn. Bhd. Located in the busy commercial centre of the city, the mosque is used by various muslim communities, including foreign tourists and businessmen. Previously, in the ‘90s the mosque was inadequate space and facilities available.As the only Indian Muslim Mosque in the town centre, Indian Muslim Mosque had to accommodate muslims from outside of the town centre.
