The meeting with Y. Bhg. Dato’ Executive Chairman Johawaki Group of Companies was held at Wisma Johawaki, Shah Alam on 25th August 2009. The meeting was attended by representatives from 9 subsidiary companies (Johawaki Holding Sdn Bhd, Johawaki Sdn Bhd, Belati Wangsa (M) Sdn Bhd, Johawaki Trading & Machineries Sdn Bhd, Johawaki Plantation Sdn Bhd, C-Weld Lubricant Sdn Bhd, Johawaki Properties Sdn Bhd, Aliran Murni Sdn Bhd and Yayasan Johawaki).

The Chairman, Dato’ Johari Bin Mat, explained the company situation for the year 2008/2009. Proudly he mentioned that most of the subsidiaries showed positive improvement and excellent performance. Johawaki Plantation Sdn Bhd, had maintained their reputation as the most profitable subsidiary company. Other subsidiary companies with positive performance are Belati Wangsa (M) Sdn Bhd, C-Weld Lubricant Sdn Bhd and Darul Ehsan Medical Center (DEMC).

In his speech, Dato’ Johari Bin Mat congratulated the staff for their hard work and very proud on the performance of all subsidiaries. From the financial figure, it shows that The Johawaki Group of Companies is still strong although the world experiences economic crisis. The management also made special announcement to the staff for theirs effort and will be rewarded accordingly.
