PETALING JAYA (June 3): The third and final phase of Avanti Residences in Saujana Permai U17, Shah Alam, by property developer Johawaki Development Sdn Bhd is 55% sold since its launch on May 7, marketing manager Ku Reza Ku Abd Rahman told TheEdgeProperty.com.

Construction firm-turned-property developer Johawaki Development Sdn Bhd will launch Phase 3 of its landed development, Avanti Residences, on May 7.

Johawaki Development Sdn Bhd is set to launch the third and final phase of its Avanti Residences in Saujana Permai U17, Shah Alam over two days starting May 7.

The handing over ceremony of the completed new Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP) R&D building took place on 20 January at UTP Project Site, R&D buildings.
