Johawaki Properties Sdn Bhd (JPSB) was established on 25th August 1990 as a new avenue for growth within the group.
JPSB has ventured into property investments, advising, and consulting. JPSB also coordinates on building and affairs such as acquisition, disposal, rent and leasing of properties belonging to Johawaki Group of Companies.
