We’re looking for enthusiast, driven and passionate individual to join us as a Procurement cum Administrative Executive at our Ladang J6.
What you'll own.
- Identify and source reliable suppliers for goods and services required by the organization.
- Negotiate favourable terms and conditions with suppliers to achieve cost savings and quality assurance.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.
- Processing contractors’ claims and vendor invoice.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Evaluate supplier performance and address any issues to ensure high-quality service.
- Assist in budget planning and monitor expenditures related to procurement and administrative activities.
- Coordinate the tender process from announcement to closure, including managing queries from bidders, document submissions, and evaluation assistance.
- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations.
- Drafting management paper or memo related to operational.
- Handle office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.

What you'll need.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Account, or other related field.
- Proven experience in procurement and administrative roles.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective vendor and team communication.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
