UDA 38 Bangsar.

UDA 38 is a joint venture project by One JSI Sdn Bhd and Uda Holdings Berhad. The development is located in between Lorong Maarof and Jalan Bangsar Utama 1, about 450m from the Bangsar LRT station.

Johawaki Construction Sdn Bhd was awarded by One JSI Sdn. Bhd. with Package 2 of Superstructure Works for the completion of maintenance works of the existing Telekom Malaysia office building, demolishing parts of the building, and renovating commercial buildings that consist of 1 block of a 38-storey service apartment (278 units), 3 shop units and 8 floors of parking lot at Lot 350 Jalan Bangsar for Tetuan Uda Holdings Berhad.

HEALTHCARE FACILITIES

Operation Theatre, ICU & Ward, Kuala Lumpur Hospital.

HKL began its operation in 1870 and caters to thousands of patients every day. With the increase in the number of patients and parking woes, the construction which target to be completed by third quarter of 2022 will make HKL into a premiere hospital.

Johawaki Construction Sdn Bhd was awarded by Jabatan Kerja Raya Malaysia (Cawangan Kesihatan) to design and build the Operation Theatre (OT), Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and additional wards at Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL) in 2018.

MRT Putrajaya Line Feeder Bus Depot.

The KVMRT Project involves the construction of a rail-based public transport network in Klang Valley. The MRT Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya Line (SSP Line) is the second MRT line to be developed after the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang Line (SBK) began in 2011.

In 2020, Johawaki Construction Sdn Bhd was awarded with the Package BDT202: Proposed Construction and Completion of Putrajaya Line Feeder Bus Depot and Associated Works at Serdang, Selangor Darul Ehsan for MASS Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd (MRT CORP).

Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway.

Johawaki Construction Sdn Bhd was awarded by Turnpike Synergy Sdn Bhd for construction and completion of mainline and other associated works from CH.2650 to CH.4983, package CA3 of the Damansara-Shah Alam Elevated Expressway (DASH) in 2016.
