She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies and Information Technology from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom. With a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise, Azlina is a dynamic leader driving the company’s transformation and strategic growth.
Azlina began her career in 2002 with Johawaki Properties Sdn Bhd as a Business Development Officer, where she made significant contributions to property development and management initiatives. Her strategic insights and leadership in these areas allowed her to take on increasingly critical roles, including shaping the long-term vision and strategic planning for the Johawaki Group.
In her current role as Chief Transformation Officer, Azlina is at the forefront of driving innovation and organizational transformation. She leads key initiatives aimed at streamlining processes, fostering sustainable growth, and enhancing the Group’s competitive advantage in the market.
