Group Chief Corporate Officer

Puan Nurhayati binti Abd Rahim serves as the Group’s Chief Corporate Officer, a position she has held since January 2023. In her current role, she oversees the group’s corporate governance and strategic initiatives. Prior to this, Hayati was the Senior Corporate Manager, and she was responsible for managing all corporate secretarial matters for the organization.

Hayati began her career in 2000 with Johawaki as a Secretary to the founders. She later transitioned to the newly established Corporate Secretarial Department, where she played a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the corporate affairs of Johawaki Group. Additionally, she was responsible for administrative functions within the Group’s international division.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Administration, specializing in Company Secretarial Practices, from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and earned her License as a Secretary.
